Have you ever dreamed of doing the splits?  All of our classes focus on stretching your splits every single time you come in.  You'll learn professional stretching techniques, proper form and alignment, and you'll get an objective view of your body helping you with your individual needs.  Also, our Stretch Workshops are monthly ways to dive deeper into your splits, shoulder and backbend flexibility.  We want to help you get there!  Many of our students have seen dramatic improvements by consistently coming to class 1x/week and trying out our workshops.
